Steve
Managing Director
Steve began as a Plant Hire maintenance engineer in the 80s before moving into the Healthcare Industry. Combining his engineering skills with customer service, he found great reward in enhancing daily lives.
After working for two mobility companies and one vehicle adaptation company, he founded "Disabled Care & Mobility" in 2007. With almost 40 years of experience, Steve continues to lead with dedication and expertise.
Matthew
Sales and Operations
Matthew, a Director and Adaptations Specialist, advises customers and car dealers on the best adaptations for individual needs and vehicle choices.
Based in-store and on the road with a demonstration vehicle, Matthew's favourite product is the AutoChair Person Hoist, which significantly improves customers' ability to get in and out of their vehicles safely.
Leah
Sales and Operations
Leah has a wealth of knowledge from her varied expertise in each department. She performs in-depth assessments for powered wheelchairs and is a vital member of the Adaptations team, working closely with vehicle dealerships and engineers to ensure successful installations.
She is a driving force in the showroom and is hands-on in our workshops.
Becki
Mobility Sales Assistant
Becki works part-time in our Cheltenham showroom four mornings a week, focusing on customer service and showroom assessments of various mobility products.
Her favourite product is the Electric Mobility Veo Sport, praised for its robustness, comfort, excellent range, and performance, with strong manufacturer support.
Becki is available 9.00am -2.00 pm Monday - Thursday.
Iain "Mac"
Vehicle Adaptations Mobile Installer
Mac handles vehicle adaptations in the Bristol & West area. Always smiling and calm under pressure, Mac enjoys installing Lodgesons Wireless Keypads for their brilliant functions and modern design, leading to quicker turnarounds for customers.
Macs biggest attributes are his brilliant work ethic and attitude to problem solving, a vital member of our team with his well rounded knowledge he’s able to help in all departments of DCM.
Zac
Vehicle Adaptations Installer
Zac is our adaptations engineer who can install at both your home address and at our Cheltenham workshop. Known for his warm character and friendly demeanor, between his bubbly personally and excellent skill set he is a valuable asset and we are lucky to have him
Zac has a passion for stairlifts and is on hand to offer advice and assessments for a personalised experience.
Keeley
Sales Assistant
Keeley works in our Cheltenham showroom two days a week, new to mobility and adaptations Keeley is learning all about what available.
Please take the time to say hello and she is happy to support you during your visit or contact with her.
Keeley is available Thursday and Friday 9.30 - 2.30.
Belinda
Accounts Department
Belinda runs our accounts department and assists both customers and suppliers with any queries they may have.
Her efficiency and attention to detail ensure smooth financial operations and excellent service.
